Is it possible to organize a school tour as part of the event?

This can be considered only in case if all the Members attending the Reunion will plan to stay at least one another Day after the event. As we could be having short of time on the Reunion Day due to various event already planned. As it’s going to be a festival period and school teachers and other staff will be having a series of holidays, and in such a case we won’t get permission.
