The AFVB Alumni Association celebrated its 2nd Annual Alumni Meet under the chairmanship of Mr. Bubul Mandal at Hotel Clarks Inn, Gwalior, on 21st October 2025. The event brought together alumni, teachers, and distinguished guests from across the globe, marking yet another memorable chapter in the Association’s journey of camaraderie and nostalgia.
The Guest of Honour, Mrs. Sudarshan Joshi, flew in specially from the United States to join her fellow alumni and celebrate the enduring bond shared among Air Force Vidya Bharti graduates. The meet was seamlessly coordinated by Yuvraj Ralli and Shobhit Gosain, along with Shikha Nagpal, Prateek Batra, Vinay Dwivedi, Abhishek Parihar, and Deepesh Wadhwani.
The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, warm reunions, and musical celebrations. Esteemed teachers shared valuable lessons on life and critical thinking, while achievers and entrepreneurs from the alumni network were felicitated with medals and mementos for their outstanding contributions to society and business.
The AFVB Alumni Association—an organization of proud graduates of Air Force Vidya Bharti School—continues its tradition of honoring educators and alumni who make meaningful contributions to their communities. The Association also conducts various charity and social initiatives throughout the year, reflecting the school’s values of service and leadership.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Mentor Mr. Bubul Mandal expressed heartfelt gratitude and nostalgia:
“We had a great time yesterday… The feel, the emotion, and the love for our school were so evident that many of us had tears in our eyes when teachers and students shared their memories. Everything was beautifully organized — and the disco room was unforgettable! Everyone, from teachers to students, joined the dance floor. I’m truly thankful to my students and colleagues who made this meet so classy and emotional.”
He further encouraged those who missed the event, saying:
“Those who skipped this year thinking it’s the same as last time — come join next year! We guarantee you a great time.”
The Association announced that Alumni Meet 3.0 will be held next Diwali, promising to make it even bigger and more memorable.
